All file uploads and downloads use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Your drawings are never transmitted in plain text.
Uploaded files and generated reports are stored temporarily on our servers to complete your review. Files are automatically purged after 24 hours.
Your drawings are never used to train AI models. Processing is done via Anthropic's API under their enterprise data privacy policy — your data is not retained by Anthropic.
Our servers are hosted on Render's US/Canada cloud infrastructure. We do not sell or share your project data with third parties.
We do not require account creation. We collect only your Stripe payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we never see your card details).
